This gathering has been going on every Friday @ 6pm for over 6 years. Meditation experience is not required, there is no particular lineage or type of meditation. Guests are welcome to guide a 15 portion of the meditation. Meditation cushions are provided, there is also a couch for those who prefer a more comfortable position. It is encouraged to bring a vegetarian dish to share for dinner but it is not required. Generally we have between 8-20 people.
