Hotel ELEO's 24-hour fitness studio is designed to accommodate a range of workouts. The studio offers top-of-the-line cardio and strength-training equipment including: 

  • Peloton stationary bicycles with online cycling classes
  • TRX Training Zone
  • TechnoGym Skillmill treadmills
  • Kettlebell weights
  • Yoga mats and gear

The studio is designed to allow guests to maintain as well as enhance their excise routine while traveling.


Fitness trainers and cousins Randy Oslager and John Oslager have created a series of videos offering tips on how to take advantage of the top-of-the-line equipment in the studio. They even have great videos that simply use your body weight. Sample videos are below.
