Bringing your pup along for the adventure? We love to see it. At Hotel ELEO, dogs aren’t just allowed—they’re celebrated. We’re here to make your furry friend feel just as welcome as you are.

Our pet-friendly policy is just for dogs and is designed to keep things easy, comfortable, and stress-free for everyone. Starting July 21, 2025, our updated Pet Policy ensures a smooth stay for both two-legged guests and their tail-wagging sidekicks.

  • Pet Fee: $50 non-refundable fee per stay, per dog
  • Pet Limit: Maximum of two (2) dogs per room
  • Weight Limit: 100 lbs. per dog
  • Every furry friend will receive a Welcome Pet Amenity including:
  • Custom pet-themed "Do Not Disturb" signage and tasty pet treat
  • Guests will also receive a copy of our Canine Companion Agreement upon arrival.

Important Guidelines

  • Housekeeping: For the safety of your dog and our team, stayover service will not be provided while a pet is in the room. Guests may schedule cleaning services through the Host Desk. Pet-specific door hangers will be provided for dog-friendly rooms.
  • Room Care: Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply based on severity, ranging from $50 to $250.
  • Pet-Friendly Spaces: Dog-friendly accommodations are located on the second floor. Please note that dogs are not permitted in PURE rooms.
  • Please Note: Hotel ELEO’s Pet Policy applies exclusively to dogs. Other pets are not permitted.
  • If your canine companion’s conduct (barking, noise, etc.) disrupts other guests, we reserve the right to impose associated fees related to resolve any complaints.
